Production Associate - Glass Line Days

About the role

The Production Associate position at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for assembling materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials. Duties include attaching appropriate labels and tags, packing finished goods, tracking production, and notifying supervisors of any issues.

Responsibilities

• Assembles materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials.
• Attaches appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Packs finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Tracks production on schedule boards.
• Notifies supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Placed finished goods on the designated area.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Maintains production schedule to meet customer orders on a daily basis.
• Rotates to different workstations as production needs require.
• Reads a tape measure accurately and consistently.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Reads and comprehends floor reports.
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

• Education and Experience: None preferred education and experience: Previous production experience. High School Diploma Additional Eligibility Qualification: Must have reliable transportation.
