Production Associate - Garment Sorter - Cleanroom - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Garment Sorter is responsible for safely and accurately sorting customer garments in numerical order based on the garment ID. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure: meeting or exceeding a production standard for sorting garments earns additional compensation (up to an extra $3.00 per hour). Garment Sorters are also expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area.

Responsibilities

• Sort customer garments in numerical order by garment ID.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet or exceed established production standards to earn additional hourly pay.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance.
