Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - Up To $19/Hour

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine. This role involves counting folded product and preparing bundles for delivery while maintaining a clean work area.

About the role

This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure. Meeting or exceeding production standards for folding product directly impacts compensation, with additional incentives for surpassing targets.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product accurately.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere to attendance policies and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to complete tasks.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to folding stations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with time constraints.
