Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer garments, linen, and bulk products either manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.

About the role

The Product Folder is responsible for counting folded product and preparing bundles of clean, folded items for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards directly impacts compensation. Maintaining a clean work area is expected.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to earn additional compensation incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $15.00 - $17.50/hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances.
