About the role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area.
The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a job tryout. The tryout provides a realistic job preview and candidates are compensated for their time. Not all applicants progress through the entire process; only the most qualified are invited to the next step. Conditional job offers require a background check and drug screen; a criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.
Pay
Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance. Additional earnings are based on meeting or exceeding established production standards.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
- Requires standing for most of shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching
- May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station
