About the role

The Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure.

Responsibilities

  • Manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, fold customer product.
  • Count folded product accurately.
  • Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to the attendance policy.
  • Willingness to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.

Physical Qualifications

  • Standing for most of the shift.
  • Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
  • May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station to prepare for folding.
