About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and for visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
  • Visually inspect garments to identify and address repair needs, such as patching holes or tears.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
  • Meet or exceed production standards for hanging garments to earn additional compensation incentives.
  • Perform repetitive motions, including stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
  • Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to prepare for folding.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
  • Requires standing for most of the shift.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $16.90 - $19.25/hour. Additional earnings of up to $3.00 per hour are available through individual productivity and performance incentives. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
