Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector
About the role
The Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector supports the Rental Division by safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments for repair needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
- Visually inspect all garments for repair needs, such as patching holes or tears.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Willingness to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Requires standing for most of the shift.
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
- May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station to prepare for folding.

Pay
This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure. Additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards.
Schedule
The position is full-time and operates on a 1st shift schedule.
