About the role

The Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector supports the Rental Division by safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments for repair needs.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
  • Visually inspect all garments for repair needs, such as patching holes or tears.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Willingness to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
  • May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station to prepare for folding.

Pay

This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure. Additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards.

Schedule

The position is full-time and operates on a 1st shift schedule.
