About the role

The Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector supports the Rental Division by safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments for repair needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers
• Visually inspect all garments for repair needs, such as patching holes or tears
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must adhere to attendance policy
• Willingness to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
• Requires standing for most of the shift
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station

Pay

The position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure, with additional compensation incentive tied to meeting or exceeding production standards.

Schedule

This is a Full-Time position with a 1st Shift schedule.
