Production Associate - Full Time

About the role

The Production Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment by assembling units, following standard procedures, and addressing safety, quality, and operational concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture vehicle components in a production setting
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and stamina, sustaining productivity throughout shifts
• Work in varying positions, including standing, bending, and reaching
• Report safety issues and operational challenges promptly
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures diligently

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift materials safely within standard weight ranges
• Comfort working in noisy environments with moving machinery
• Effective in maintaining focus during repetitive tasks
• Capable of working in different physical positions

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years

Skills

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety consciousness
• Effective communication skills in English
• Availability for overtime and consistent attendance

Pay

Competitive hourly pay starting at $26.41, with shift differentials.

Schedule
