Production Associate - Full Time - 2nd Shift

The Freeman Corporation is hiring production associates at our Winchester plant. These entry-level positions support the production of wood veneer used by manufacturers of flooring, doors, hardwood plywood, furniture, and cabinets. Specific assignments depend on production needs, with current opportunities focused on veneer stacking and general production work.
Responsibilities
- Stack, feed, and handle wood veneer to support production
- Assist with moving and organizing materials in your assigned area
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work with your team to keep production moving and meet quality expectations
Requirements
- Applicants age 18 or older
- Dependability and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, including handling and lifting wood veneer as well as standing while working, with or without reasonable accommodation
Schedule
Second-shift, full-time employment - typically 4pm–12:30am with opportunities for overtime
Pay
Opportunities for a pay review and potential increase within your first 90 days, again after six months, and periodically thereafter
