Production Associate - Front End Loader Operator, 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materials
• Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping
• Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter
• Runnning and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency
• Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings
• General cleanup of work areas
• Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)

Requirements

• Prioritizing safety and following established safety programs
• Outstanding attendance
• Excellent communication and organization in a fast-paced production environment
• Previous experience and comfortability in forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2-3 high
• Able to follow written & verbal instructions
• Able to work 2nd Shift (2:15pm-12:45am Monday-Thursday)
• Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
• The ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures
• Pass a post-offer drug screen
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Able to lift 50 lbs comfortably
