Production Associate (Days / Nights Shifts)
Requirements
- Prepare battery feedstock for the daily production run
- Supply product to the line as part of the infeed process
- Pack the finished product into appropriate packaging and applicable pallet configuration
- Check the finished product meets customer requirements
- Complete physical tasks as directed, including but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, etc
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., unassisted
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions for specialized equipment
- Escalate technical problems to the appropriate support groups and leaders
- Follow safety guidelines and manufacturing instructions
- Evaluate the assembly processes and equipment to look for continuous improvement opportunities
- Complete other duties as assigned/support cross-functional teams
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods
- Ability to walk throughout the plant
- Ability to bend at the waist
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to wear PPE, which includes but is not limited to the following: eye and face protection, hearing protection, respirators, and protective shoes and shoe coverings
- Must have 20/20 or corrected vision
- Ability to perform repetitive duties
- Ability to work in environments that may include exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals for extended periods

Expected Pay Range
$20/hr - $25/hr
Compensation
The total compensation package may also include additional components such as bonus, equity, and benefits, which will be detailed upon offer of employment.
