Production Associate - Belt Coordinator
About the role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Belt Coordinator to support the Rental Division. The Belt Coordinator is responsible for safely and accurately operating a conveyer belt that moves product (e.g., garments, floor mats, shop towels) within the plant and for cleaning the work area. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
Responsibilities
Must adhere to attendance policy, work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time, and work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Requires standing for most of shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $16.00 - $19.38/Hour.
