About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Belt Coordinator to support the Rental Division. The Belt Coordinator is responsible for safely and accurately operating a conveyer belt that moves product (e.g., garments, floor mats, shop towels) within the plant and for cleaning the work area.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and accurately operate a conveyer belt that moves product within the plant.
  • Clean the work area.

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Requires standing for most of shift.
  • Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
  • Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
