Production Associate Beloit

Shift Details

• Day Shift – 5 am to 1:30 pm – Starting at $17 per hour
• Swing Shift – 1 pm to 9:30 pm – Starting at $18.50 per hour (includes $1.50 per hour shift differential)
• Preferred shift will be confirmed during the interview process

Compensation

• Competitive base pay with annual longevity raises

Job Duties

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow production schedules, batch instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Support blending, mixing, and ingredient handling
• Feed production lines and monitor product flow
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
• Stack and palletize finished product for shipment or storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete required production, quality, and cleaning documentation accurately
• Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards
• Assist teammates and other production areas as needed
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Willingness to learn multiple production areas and tasks
• Prior food manufacturing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Work in a facility that handles allergens (milk, egg, wheat, soy, sulfites, mustard)
• Work in open environments exposed to pungent odors and varying climates
• Stand for long periods with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly using proper safety methods
