Job Summary
HB Specialty Foods is hiring Production Associates to join a family-owned, growing company in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shifts available include Day, Swing, and Grave.
Compensation
Starting at $17/hour for Day Shift, $18.50/hour for Swing Shift (with $1.50/hour shift differential), and $20/hour for Grave Shift (with $3.00/hour shift differential).

Job Duties
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow production schedules, batch instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Support blending, mixing, and ingredient handling
- Feed production lines and monitor product flow
- Packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment
- Stack and palletize finished product for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete required production, quality, and cleaning documentation accurately
- Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards
- Help teammates and assist in other production areas as needed
- Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team player mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Willingness to learn multiple production areas and tasks
- Prior food manufacturing experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a facility that handles allergens including milk, egg, wheat, soy, sulfites, and mustard
- Ability to work in open environments exposed to pungent odors and varying climates
- Ability to stand for long periods, along with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly without restriction, using proper safety methods
