What You’ll Do
- Load raw materials into equipment
- Operate forklifts to move material as needed
- Assist with setup, operation, cleaning, and changeovers of production equipment
- Packaged finished products and transport to staging areas or warehouses
- Complete quality checks, labeling, and documentation accurately
- Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Handle chemicals and materials using proper PPE and safety protocols
- Identify equipment wear and communicate maintenance needs
- Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain detailed records for production and shift handovers
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical environments
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Comfortable working around heat, noise, and chemical exposure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk, climb stairs, and stand for long periods
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Standing, lifting, bending, and climbing throughout the shift
- Exposure to fumes, noise, vibration, and temperature extremes
- Wearing PPE including steel-toed boots, hard hats, and safety glasses

Schedule Details
- Bi-weekly rotating shift schedule (36/48 hours)
- 12-hour shifts
- Working either 6:00am - 6:00pm OR 6:00pm - 6:00am
- Scheduled and required overtime
Compensation Details
Yearly Salary: 22-23.1
