Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic hose products with precision, following production guidelines and quality standards
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Complete inspection paperwork and maintain a clean workspace
• Ensure all work meets customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with your team to solve issues and identify nonconforming products
• Maintain safety practices and company expectations
• Support company goals, compliance, and a productive, safety-first manufacturing environment
• Participate in cross-training opportunities

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to learn and follow standard practices
• Ability to type 25+ wpm
• Able to use various equipment, such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
• Apply basic math skills
• Utilize and read tape measures and digital calipers
• Meet deadlines
• Provide timely communications within a team
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is a plus
• Forklift driver certification is a plus (training provided if needed)
