Job Duties
- Assemble components as part of a collaborative production team
- Follow detailed instructions using production order travelers
- Operate production tools and equipment (e.g., winding, molding)
- Submit parts for in-process quality testing
- Repair or rework components as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and ISO procedures
- Cross-train in other departments to support team flexibility

- Previous production or assembly experience a plus but not required
