Production Associate

About the role

The Production Associate at Standex International is responsible for the manufacturing of components, assembly of finished products, and assigned soldering processes. This individual works under the supervision of the production supervisor and is responsible for ensuring that all work adheres to production control documentation and quality system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Aids in the movement of materials through workstations and labels all bins and trays.
• Ensures that products meet current quality requirements.
• Raises issues or concerns regarding components, processes, or documentation when necessary.
• Operates equipment and processes according to specifications.
• Documents time accurately to appropriate manufacturing orders.
• Fulfills responsibilities outlined in process specifications and production rules.
• Supports process improvement initiatives within the department or center of excellence.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work a 10-hour day shift.
• Passes pre-employment drug screen and background check.
