Scheduling

Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours). Shift Differential: $1.50/hour.

Areas

• Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press)
• Heavy Assembly
• Prime/Prep
• Final Assembly

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions.
• Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality.
• Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Able to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Like working with your hands and staying active.
• Show up reliably and take ownership of your work.
• Learn quickly and ask questions.
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
