Production Associate

About the role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping the production line running efficiently by assisting with material staging, assembly, packaging, and preparing products for shipment. Success in this role means staying organized, maintaining a clean workspace, and contributing to consistent production output. Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% accurate counting and packing throughout the entire workday; multi-tasking is required
• Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure orders are filled correctly and completely
• Read and correctly interpret production labels in English
• Employees are responsible for accurate packing and must initial labels for packing/counting responsibilities
• Follow simple recipes and instructions
