About The Role
Are you looking to jumpstart a career in manufacturing? As a Production Associate at Closet America, you’ll be hands-on with our fabrication equipment, helping bring custom closet and organization systems to life. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and work ethic.
What You’ll Do
- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of machines and workspaces
- Support training of new team members once proficient
- Carry out repetitive, routine tasks and rotate across equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
- Recommend process improvements and take on additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required
- Forklift certification a plus (not required)
- No manufacturing experience required—we’ll train you!
Skills & Attributes
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Comfortable with structure, routines, and repetitive tasks
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting
Physical Requirements
- This is a physically active role. You’ll be on your feet for most of the day and should be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Safety gear is provided and required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: 40 hours/week minimum
- Monday–Friday; some Saturdays and overtime as needed
- Bi-weekly pay schedule
- Eligible for overtime pay per FLSA standards
