What Success Looks Like
- Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
- Maintains quality standards by monitoring product and rejecting non-conforming items.
- Ensures the work area is neat and orderly in accordance with 5S standards.
- Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes production reports and other documentation.
- Promotes teamwork by collaborating and supporting colleagues.
- Assists in other work areas as needed or permitted.
What You Bring
- A high school education or equivalent preferred.
- At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience preferred.
- Manual finger dexterity skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow.

Pay & Schedule
The starting hourly rate is $17.11 to $21.39, depending on experience, with the possibility of up to a $1 pay increase after 90 days.
