About the role

The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production processes, maintaining equipment, and adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production-related problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Pay
