About the role
We’re hiring Production Associates in Corona, CA for full-time positions including 1st, 2nd, and part-time shifts. No weekends required.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed lathes to produce top-quality hoses used in demanding industries.
- Preliminary preparation of materials and equipment for production.
- Transport hoses to and from molds carefully.
- Remove finished products from molds and prepare for the next step.
- Ensure machines run smoothly through regular checks and maintenance.
- Stay focused, work collaboratively with teammates, and contribute to meeting production goals.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Experience in manufacturing (optional).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, respect, and continuous improvement.
