Production Associate

About the role

The Production Associate is responsible for executing daily production tasks under the supervision of the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to read and understand safety procedures
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
