Production Associate

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

About the role

As a Production Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
• Load materials into production machines.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.
• Promote and utilize 5-S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.

Requirements

• Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs within a scheduled shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Proven history of reliability and consistency with following attendance policies.
• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for details.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Good attendance and safety record.
