Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semi‑automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
• Report to the Production Supervisor; position is located in Cortland, NY and is on‑site.
• Set up and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions.
• Work under the direction of supervisors or more experienced personnel with little supervision.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and collect necessary data for use by Engineering.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• 1+ years of production/manufacturing experience or other applicable experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $23.53/hour – $29.75/hour.

Schedule

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (on‑site).
