Production Associate

General Duties

Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.

Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.

Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production.

Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis and report a need for repairs/maintenance.

Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand for extended periods.
• Frequent repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Frequent walking, reaching with hands and arms, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Safely lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
• Safety in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.

Desired Traits/Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic experience using scanning and computer devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
