Production Associate

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is the leading provider of innovative outdoor living products and utility infrastructure solutions for the water, energy, and communications markets throughout North America. The role supports designated machine operators or production teams in maintenance, clean-up, yard work, warehouse tasks, material handling, and other production-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in repetitive and/or sequential order as assigned
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety regulations
• Use security gear at all times and operate machinery or equipment as trained
• Assist lead operator in preparing for shift production
• Operate a variety of hand tools
• Package and label products properly
• Perform lock out tag out procedures
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 94 lbs
• Handle other duties related to the job as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable combination of education, training, and experience
• Ability to follow company production and safety procedures
• Basic math skills: add/subtract two-digit numbers, multiply/divide by 10’s and 100’s
• Frequent standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 94 lbs

Pay

Base pay of $20 - $23 per hour
