About the role

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Ceramics Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science and engineering, with experience in developing and testing ceramic components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ceramic component designs based on customer specifications
• Conduct material tests and analyses to ensure product quality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new materials into existing processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ceramic technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in ceramic materials development
• Experience with ceramic processing techniques and testing methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced ceramics and their applications
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for design and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
