Production Associate

Schedule

Day Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday–Thursday. Occasional overtime as needed.

Pay

$19.50 per hour.

About the role

Midland Garage Door has been in business for over 45 years, leading the garage door industry with a dedicated team, excellent customer service, and quality products. We are seeking Production Associates to help produce high-quality garage door panels per customer order.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools
• Knowledge of all models of doors
• Understand Section Height Charts
• Properly start-up, run, and shut-down machines within the department
• Properly lift skins and completed sections
• Move completed orders to the correct locations
• Assist in Production and Shipping areas as requested
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

• Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols
• Prompt and reliable attendance
