Production Associate

About the Role

As a Production Associate, you will assemble products using tools and automated equipment, following visual and written instructions to ensure efficient production. You will collaborate with supervisors to resolve mechanical or material challenges and may cross-train in multiple departments for variety and increased earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and automated equipment for product assembly
• Measure, cut, drill, and gather parts to support production
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues
• Maintain safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills
• No prior experience required; training and support provided
