Production Associate

About the role

Koozie Group is seeking a Production Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality products are shipped to customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and inspect parts and materials for quality control
• Package finished goods accurately and prepare orders for shipping
• Report orders accurately and maintain organization in the area
• Assist with preventive maintenance duties or changeover duties
• Perform duties safely and in accordance with company safety policies

Requirements

• Reading, writing and math skills equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to professionally communicate and work with others
• Ability to lift up to 40 – 45 pounds frequently and assist in team lifts
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Qualifications

• Ability to reach, bend, twist, grasp, and stand for long periods of time

Skills

• Proficient in reading and understanding Manufacturing Orders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay

$18.50 - $21.00 per hour, plus shift differential (2nd shift: $1.25 /Hr., 3rd shift: $1.75 Hr.)

Schedule

Monday-Friday (Occasional Weekends): 6:00AM - 4:00PM / 4:00PM - 2:00AM (Every other week rotation) 6:00AM - 4:00PM / 4:00PM - 2:00AM (Once a month)
