About the role

Join our team at Stanley Black & Decker and help manufacture products for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, IRWIN, and LENOX.

Available Schedules

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• Overnight Shifts
• Four-day workweeks (select positions)

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Set up machines and perform changeovers
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Complete production documentation and basic computer transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with CNC equipment, welding, forklifts, SAP, or precision measuring tools is a plus (for select positions)
