Production Associate
Starting wage is $21.97. After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $23.95-$28.16 based on job placement.
Schedule
Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
- 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am
Overtime and Saturdays as needed. Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs. Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm). Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.
Responsibilities
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
- Clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap
