Production Associate

Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking Manufacturing and Warehouse Associates to support operations in Advance, NC. This contract position involves performing duties in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move materials and products efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas in accordance with company standards.
• Load and unload shipments, verify shipment contents, and prepare items for storage or distribution.
• Use inventory management systems to track stock levels and assist with cycle counts as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Experience operating material handling equipment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
