Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Manufacture product according to operation standards and on the job training
• Report all unsafe conditions and safety violations to immediate Supervisor/Coordinator/Lead
• Handle nonconforming product appropriately according to operation standards and system procedures
• Define strategies for continuous improvements to reduce defects/scrap with Supervisor/Coordinator/Line Lead
• Obey all safety rules and policies
• Work within different production areas as required
• Report production equipment failure to Supervisor/Coordinator/Line Lead
• Work as part of a team
• Produce a defect-free product in designated time frame

Qualifications

• No specific education requirements
• Good attendance required
• Speak limited English
• Specific training to improve job skills will be discussed during each performance review

• Close vision and ability to adjust focus
