Production Associate

HD Hyundai Power Transformers, USA is seeking new team members to join their production team in Montgomery, AL.

About the role

This full-time production position offers excellent pay, benefits, and training. Candidates must have strong attendance habits and be willing to work 48–56 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Follow written and oral instructions
• Perform climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, and carrying loads up to 40 lbs.
• Work at heights for extended periods using ladders, platforms, and lifts
• Operate electrical equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of manufacturing production experience (electrical manufacturing strongly preferred)
• Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, and basic calculations)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent logic and reasoning skills
• Must be available for day, night, or overnight shifts
• Weekend availability and overtime required

Preferred qualifications: Brazing experience and/or experience in the electrical field.

Pay

Starts at $23/hour with a $0.50 shift differential.

Schedule

• 10-hour or 8-hour shifts
• Day, night, or overnight shifts (required)
• Monday to Friday with weekend availability and overtime

Work Location: 215 Folmar Pkwy, Montgomery, AL 36043 (one location). Reports to Department Supervisor.
