Production Associate

At our corrugated sheet feeder plant we manufacture and supply high-quality corrugated sheets used to produce packaging and shipping containers for a wide range of industries.

Pay

Starting salary $23.00 per hour.

• 2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour ($24.00 total)
• 3rd Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour ($25.50 total)

You will have the ability to increase your compensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant.

Schedule

Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift only. The first 2–4 weeks of orientation will be on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), then you will be assigned to your 2nd or 3rd shift after orientation. Only candidates who are flexible and available to work any shift—including overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed—will be considered.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (starts Monday night)

About the role

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
• Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve hours a day in a loud, noisy, industrial, high-volume environment

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, farming, or military environment

Qualifications
