About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
STARTING PAY: $27.19 per hour.
Pay increases to $27.46 per hour at three months and $29.39 per hour after 6 months.
Shift Premium: additional $2.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Able to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Able to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
