Production Associate

About This Opportunity

Foremost Farms USA is one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the United States, producing about 500 million lb of cheese and 50 million lb of butter each year. The Reedsburg, Wisconsin facility is seeking a Production Associate.

Location: 501 S. Pine St., Reedsburg, WI 53959.

Pay

Starting pay $28.22 per hour, increasing to $30.56 per hour after six months. Additional $0.75 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00 pm – 6:00 am. Time‑and‑a‑half for hours over 40 in a week. Double pay for all work performed on Sundays.

Schedule

Second shift (4:00 pm – midnight) or third shift (midnight – 8:00 am) available. Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Produce a safe and quality product.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members.
• Apply training on HACCP, GMPs, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss‑control programs.
• Participate in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and comprehend English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to tell time on an analog or digital clock.
• Proficiency with computers and touch‑screen technology.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.
