Production Associate

Location: Gordonsville, VA. Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Position Type: Seasonal.

About the role

As a Seasonal Finisher I on the Heat Transfer Applications (HTA) team, you will help prepare and finish decorated garments and products for shipment in a fast‑paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing, labeling, and stickering finished products
• Applying heat transfers to garments
• Preparing garments for shipment
• Folding and stretching garments to ensure a finished, professional appearance
• Prepacking and boxing finished products
• Building and preparing pallets for shipment
• Preparing materials needed for assigned jobs
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
• Communicating issues to your Lead or Supervisor
• Keeping your work area clean and organized using our 6S practices
• Safely operating equipment and following established procedures
• Assisting with other production‑related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes

• Ability to read and understand a ruler
• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or similar experience is a plus, but not required
• Physically active role requiring standing for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, and stretching
• Using hands to grasp, turn, and manipulate items
• Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
• Visually inspecting products and information, including small print
• Moving, lifting, loading, and placing merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds

• Eligible seasonal employees may accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) at a minimum rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, beginning after 120 consecutive days of employment, up to 40 hours per year
