About the role

Fenix Group SPC is seeking to hire a full-time Production Associate to help us read order tickets and mix batches of paints & coating products.

Responsibilities

• Spend your day producing batches of coatings products by reading order tickets, locating raw materials, and operating mixing equipment while meeting company standards for quality.

Requirements

• Physical Requirement: Expect frequent walking and standing, lifting (up to 50-60 pounds), dropping drums as part of your day.
• Maintain stamina and focus while standing for extended periods.
• A passionate & positive “can do” attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm with a one-hour lunch, plus two paid breaks daily.
