About the role
Reporting to the Creative Development Manager, the Production Associate supports our brands and the Marketing Services team by building templated lessons, campaign pages, promotions and executing other production-related activities inside our proprietary platform. The content you build allows brands to reach an audience of credible experts with education and information to improve their ability to provide authentic recommendations that drives purchase decisions. This role is ideal for someone with a design background who enjoys structured, detail-oriented production work. You’ll take finalized lesson scripts and client-provided assets and assemble polished, visually engaging lessons using predefined templates. You will also support QA, basic campaign set up and other operational processes across the marketing services team. This is not a writing role and does not require a coding background. You will work closely with Project Management, CS, Sales and Marketing Services to deliver projects on time or ahead of schedule.
Responsibilities
The majority of the Production Associate's time will be spent building templated and video-supported lessons. You’ll take finalized lesson scripts and client-provided assets and assemble polished, visually engaging lessons using predefined templates.
- Upload and place lesson inputs including text, images, and occasional videos
- Use your design judgment to:
- Select and apply background images
- Choose and place hero images
- Ensure strong visual hierarchy, spacing, and readability
- Follow established lesson templates while maintaining a polished, consistent look and feel
- QA lessons prior to launch
- Troubleshoot common production issues (asset sizing, image quality, template quirks, etc.)
- Respond to internal feedback and make revisions as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in design, visual production, or digital content creation
- Experience working in templated systems such as CMS, LMS, page builders, or WYSIWYG tools
- Strong visual eye for layout, spacing, and consistency
- Comfortable working with image assets:
- Uploading, resizing, and light editing
- Making judgment calls when assets need cleanup or adjustment
- Able to follow a written script and template precisely while executing independently
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with deadlines
- Familiarity using AI, especially as it relates to solving design problems
Nice to have
- Experience with e-learning or lesson-based content
- Familiarity with advocacy, training, or education platforms
- Monday.com experience
- Basic accessibility awareness (image choice, readability, consistency)

Pay
The approximate compensation range for this role is a base of $55,000 to $60,000 plus 1.5% bonus annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
