Production Associate

Job Duties

• Quickly and efficiently assemble components, which can include but not limited to capping bottles, repacking bottles and/or building kits of multiple components.
• Work individually or as part of an assembly line to complete the process, communicating with other team members on the production line to ensure speed and accuracy to meet established metrics.
• Accurately record daily production with limited use of company ERP system.
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
• Maintain an efficient and orderly production room while following all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines and immediately reporting potentially hazardous situations.
• Support branch metrics to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions.

Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay

First Shift: $16.00 per hour

Second Shift: $17.00 per hour

Schedule

First Shift: 7:15AM-3:45PM Monday through Friday

Second Shift: 4:00PM-2:30AM Monday through Thursday
