Production associate

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team on a temp-to-hire basis in Auburn, WA.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, move, package, and process windows and doors.
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Read and verify measurements accurately.
• Follow all quality and safety standards.
• Use proper lifting techniques and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Windows & doors experience — Must have previous experience in window and door manufacturing or assembly.
• Heavy lifting — Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently for the duration of the shift.
• Shift availability — Must be able to work 4 ten-hour shifts each week.
• Mandatory overtime — Required to work mandatory Fridays and Saturdays during peak weeks.
• Work environment — Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attendance & reliability — Strong attendance and dependability required.
• Teamwork — Ability to work collaboratively with production teams.
• Safety compliance — Must follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE.

Pay

$21.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Overtime Available
Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)
