Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and remove merchandise from the sales floor as needed.
• Greets and assists guests and donors.
• Accept donations at the donation door when assigned.
• Cross‑train and assist in all aspects of production as directed.
• Work independently on repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to work with people of varying abilities.
• Knowledge of current trends (helpful but not required).
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for an entire shift (excluding breaks).
• Use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Completion of a background check (criminal convictions do not automatically bar employment).
